I didn’t wander too far this week. The weather was bad and I didn’t want to get too lost in the rain. Eric and Flynn figured out the city I was in, “We think it is a restaurant in Duvall, but we don’t know the name of it.” They were right. Cory Cat came by and said, “It’s the Grange Cafe!!!!!! On Main St. Yay google paws!”
And yes, Cory was right. I am sitting in the side area of the Grange Cafe in Downtown Duvall, WA. It is an okay restaurant, but the good food is across the street at the Duvall Tap and Grill. They serve locally grown food and the meats are usually grass fed or very high quality. Their bread comes from the Snohomish Bakery about half an hour north of us. Even the croutons are homemade. We have tried anything in the “tap” part. I bet they have local cheese too, for Cory.
If not, there are those cows over on the Grange doors so we can get that there. Fortunately, we’re in Seattle so it’s easy to get local fishies too!
