As you can see my lovely face is just as lovely in the new house as it was in the apartment and the old house.  Momma is still surprised that I am coming out as much as I do.  Today I slept on the cat tree most of the day.  In the old house, I would live in the closet and if I couldn’t get to my preferred closet, I would go to my secondary closet or maybe under the bed.  Rarely, I would snooze on the bed with Chey.  Now I am out all over the place. Momma can’t get over it.

Ichiro is having  a hard time with this move and he just meows and meows all night about it.  I think he is afraid Momma will sneak off and leave him.  Silly boy-she would not do that to any of us.  So now he is getting some extra attention which Cheysuli and I do not like. After all, it should be all about us.  We are senior cats here.  I mean I have been with Momma the longest although Chey is the eldest.  Chey did not come live her until three months after I did!  Imagine that!

At any rate, things are still a mess here because Momma is very slow about finding places for things.  She keeps complaining about lack of shelves and stuff. I think they are going some place called Ikea this weekend to purchase some stuff and then maybe she will be able to finish putting away a lot of stuff.  Or not.  We shall see.  There is talk of a fish tank around here and I cannot wait for fish TV!  Won’t that be fun?  I don’t think that will happen though perhaps until next year.

We have lived in this house for five years and my human and her boyfriend STILL haven’t organized, hung photos, emptied boxes, etc., much less done ANYTHING cool like get us kitties Fish TV (heck, their human TV isn’t even connected for reception!). I have no idea what they are waiting for… maybe someone else to do it for them, MOL!

    Did you ever think Ichiro knows exactly what he’s doing? After all, the more he howls, the more attention he gets. Wicked little thing!

    Your very own fish TV sounds wonderful. Our mum once wanted an outdoor fish pond, but knowing our love of water, she decided against it.
