Milo and Alfie’s folks have spearheaded the Cat Blogosphere’s participation in LiveStrong. We have this site that is devoted to our own participation. Check it out.
There are many in the CB who have been affected by Cancer. We have had our own CB friends that we have lost to cancer. Their humans and friends have had losses. We would feel too terrible to inadvertently leave our a CB name so we will honor you and the cats and dogs as a group.
We LiveStrong today in Memory of the Woman’s Father who died of Stomach Cancer at age 67 in 1998. We also Live Strong in Memory of Carol, the World’s greatest Vet Tech, who died of brain metastasis from malignant melanoma class IV when she was 39 years old.
We Live Strong in honor of our Aunt who has survived breast cancer. We Live Strong in honor of several of the woman’s patients who are also survivors.
You know what the great thing about LiveStrong is? No one expects me to walk 60 miles in three days! Hey-I’m a cat, not a Dalmation! Thank you Zoolatry for the great graphic!
Beautiful post. LIVESTRONG purrs to everybuddy.
pawhugs, Max

Such a great post Chey! I really believe we can whip the evil C if we will LiveStrong together!
Excellent post, Chey! We, too, are purring for all those touched by cancer.
We agree about the walking part Chey, we are cats but we are very happy that we could go yellow for Livestrong.
We will be thinking about all those who lost their fight with cancer and all those who are battling this dreadful disease.
Thank you for all you have done to help Livestrong 2011 such a success. The slide show is beautiful and the tears were there. Hope this terrible disease will be a thing of the past. It has been a long time coming.
Chey, you look cool in those yellow shades. LiveStrong!
A really nice post and great tribute to all the ones that you have lost and the ones that have made it. We sure can beat this thing by Living Strong together. It is so wonderful to see so many people participating in this today.
Chey that is a fabulous graphic and terrific posting on LiveStrong. You are right all of us have in one way or another been touched by cancer. The continued work on finding a cure is so important. We know in our case the work that has been done in melanoma research is amazing and they now have drugs that are miracle workers. When our Mom was diagnosed all they could do was cut and scoop. Mom’s surgeon did not want to ‘scoop’ so he cut and stitched her up. It took her a long time to get used to the way the area healed but that is by far nothing compared to what others have had to over come.
Helllo gorgeous Miss Gemini!!

We send you purrs for those you have lost to this terrible disease.

Great post Chey.
We are purring for all those affected by cancer.
We will LiveStrong.
Great post! We didn’t realise your mummy’s dad was a victim. We think new medicines are proving effective at killing cancer and we hope that in a year or two most cancers will be curable.
Chey, we’re glad no one expects you to walk 60 miles in 3 days. That’s a lot of steps for a cat. But we wish there was no such thing as cancer.
Great post and pic. Sending purrs for a world without cancer!
We purr for all of those that have lost their battle with cancer, and for all those still fighting. We purr for the day when cancer is no more! LiveStrong!
We purr and pray for a cure to this terrible disease.
The Florida Furkids and Angel Sniffie
