Such a long weekend. The Male was home and then when he went back to work, do did the Woman. This has so thrown off my schedule.
On Wednesday she is running around with other cats and taking care of them in the morning and then in the afternoon she has some serious website building and writing to do. Will I ever get a lap?!
In fact, if she eats too much that could also be a problem. I think she needs to stop working so she can’t buy as much food and offer me a lap. It’s a perfect solution. She’ll have more lap AND more time. What else is there in life?
Logic problem, Chey: she wouldn’t be able to buy as much food for you either! Hm. I know there HAS to be a workaround…
I think she could use the Male’s money to buy food for me. After all I am a priority.

Chey, if she stops eating then her lap will shrink and there will be less lap for you. It’s such a dilemma!!
It’s all about balance Chey…the woman just needs to buy enough food to keep her lap comfy and to have enough money to buy you a lifetime supply of fishy flakes. I’m most concerned about her running around with other cats. As long as she’s running and not sitting I suppose it’s ok.

We think you are totally right Chey! And we think that same advice would be good for our mom – she works too much and eats too much too – we need more lap and more time! Maybe all us cats who have these issues should go on strike or something!
We have to agree, if she eats less, there will be less lap. She just needs to offer you more Lap time. That is the answer. So tell her to just stop working. Take care.
I guess you just have to lap it up when it’s available, Chey! Less napping may equate to more lapping — you’ve got to be the early bird to catch the worm — even if you are a cat.
