Well it was an easy find for Skeezix and I. Ayla and Iza came right by and said, “You are at the Pioneer Courthouse Square! We know that place…”
‘Kaika followed behind and added, “Pioneer Courthouse Square in Portland, Oregon. The statue is called “Allow Me” by Seward Johnson.”
Sweet Praline came by and said, “However, I’m going to join you “singing in the rain” at the “Umbrella Man” statue, whose real name is “Allow Me”, and he’s by the sculptor J. Seward Johnson, Jr., and is located in Pioneer Courthouse Square in Portland, Oregon.”
Now, as it’s a bit cold and Starbucks is just a few feet over to my left, I think I’ll get a chai and warm up. Or maybe just some warm milk…
Oh and if you haven’t been by, Derby and Ducky could use some good thoughts. Their Grampie has gone to heaven. We were sorry to not hear sooner as this was posted on Friday.
Those two Meezer Girls are smart cookies!
Dang…I always feel kinda stoopid when I don’t get it, and then REALLY stoopid when others do! But stoopid in a fun way… Ayla and Iza are wicked smart!
I can’t believe I found you two weeks in a row!
My human was in Portland once many years ago and the only things she saw there were some heavy metal rock groups called Pantera, Sepultura and Prong at some outdoor place. She did not get to see the actual city.
We are allus thrilled to find Chey where she is losted at. But we gotta admit that we got lucky early this time. We had actally SEEN that statue just recently onna innernet site.! That kinna luck doesn’t happen often.
Ayla and Iza have always been smart!
We missed Friday (Mom had to take Auntie El to Tampa) but we wouldn’t have gotten it anyway…..as usual.
Effurrycat is smarter than we are!

Concats to Ayla and Iza and also to ‘Kaika ans Sweet Praline.
That was cool that Ayla and Iza found you Chey…but you know that my mom and I were nearby at that Starbucks waiting for you!
Whitey enjoys singing in the rain under Momma’s umbrella. But he has to stay here on our porch. You sure do get around, Chey!
Thanks so much for the Secret Paws! We’ve been playing with everything since we got to open it. It came last week, but Mom and Dad made us wait until it was closer to Christmas (and they had time to enjoy it with us).
