I found you, but am a little late. However, I’m going to join you “singing in the rain” at the “Umbrella Man” statue, whose real name is “Allow Me”, and he’s by the sculptor J. Seward Johnson, Jr., and is located in Pioneer Courthouse Square in Portland, Oregon.
We couldn’t guess because mom walks by that guy and his umbrella all the time…so we are glad another kitty came up with the answer! We were prepared to come get you just in case though…
