Aww Max beat us to it! We were going to say Ellensburg too but we got there with a bit of help from google. We googled Rodeo City rescue first and then Jerrels book supplies and they both came up with Ellensburg.

We have a small parade like that in our town for the 4th of July (we think anyone can be in it!) – they are really fun.
Ptooey!!!! I wooda guessied dat it waz a pet pardez in “Rodeo City…” which iz da Ellenzburg Washyngton. But I waz too late. Elenzburg gots dat name cuz dey haz da biggest rodeo in Wahsyngton. Dey also haz da crazee horsie race down da mountain.
