I would like to say I am quite thankful for all the good wishes on my little thing that I have on my side. I am so grateful to have such kind friends. Certainly the Woman feels that it is probably nothing but she is superstitious and feels that if she treats it as nothing, it won’t be (just to prove her wrong). Now having worried, it should be okay.
Many of you have asked about my age. I turned 8 in February. While some cats may think that is old, the Woman thinks of that is merely middle aged and in the prime of my adult life. The Woman’s first cat was 20 years old when it died (she was 21). Georgia was about 21 or 22 based on the guesses of her age when she adopted the Woman. I think I may not even be middle aged…
And the Woman is thankful she has found out what is waking Gemini so early. All of our rain has gotten the birds off to a late start–the babies are just starting to cry in the wee hours and they are under the eves at the back of the house this year…
oh Chey, we are purring for you! Hopefully the little thing will just go away on its own. Hugs and purrs.
We are thankful for friends like you…kisses x3..Calle, Halle, Sukki
Chey, we had no idea ~ and are purring for yoo straight away! PURRS.
We didn’t know! We’re purring extra hard for you to make up for lost time! xxx
We are sending lots of purrs your way!
Love, uSSSSS
Chey, we don’ think 8 is old at all either!!! You’re just hitting your prime!!
We just read about your bump. Tamir had one that really worried our Mom. It was just a fatty lump that they removed. She knows how your Mom feels ’cause she’s a superstitious worrier too. 8 is young!
Sniffie and the Florida Furkids
You are still quite young Chey! I think the combination of getting your little bump checked out by the v-e-t and the power of the collective purring of all the CB kitties will make sure that all is well and that lump will turn out to be nothing.
We think 8 is young too! (A couple of us are about to turn 7 and we haven’t slowed down one bit!) And we’re purring that the lump is nothing – please keep us updated.
You are a young spring kitten! I am 8 already!
My Mom and your Woman have the same kind of logical superstitious way of approaching worrisome things. They took THREE golf umlrellas to Tennessee for my brother’s wedding. And had them handy just in case.
Chey we are all sorry to hear about your little lump, and we will be purring for you!
We also think that 8 is furry young!
Hellllllllllllllllllooo beautiful Miss Gemini!

Umm yes, we understand the logic of your lump. 8 is not old. We were 10 in April and mum says that I (Flynn) acts like a teenager, but Eric acts middle aged.
We just won’t stop purring for you, just in case ya know!
Chey we is hopin dat it is nufin. We gots our paws crossed and purrin to Bast!
I’m with your mom…treat it like it’s something, and shrug it off later when it isn’t…
Oh Chey, I didn’t know! I am purring hard for you and hope that it’s nothing. 8 is not old, I am at least 11 and still acting young – climbing trees, fences and roof etc. Many house kitties we know live to a good age these days.
Chey,we will send purrs to make that lump go away!!
A for age…you are in your prime 😉
Enjoy life!!
Purrs Mickey,Georgia & Tillie
Chey,
We don’t think you’re old at all!! & are sending our rumbliest purrs that the lump turns out to be nothing!
(please, please, please!!! – paws crossed!)
~Nico, Simon & JayJay 🙂
Glad you’re OK, Chey. Your servant is right: 8 is the purrfect age for a cat. Au is 12 and Target is 3.
