We are thankful that the Woman was able to stay warm when she was gone a couple of weeks ago. See the nice wood stove? We wish we had something like that too! We just have a fireplace but that way we could get the blower going and really stay warm!
It is too bad that the weather wasn’t better and she didn’t get to ski more. Of course her hip was bothering her and she didn’t ski as much as she normally does. That was disappointing because Mt. Hood Meadows was every bit as nice as she recalled. She is sorry she didn’t get to ski the new areas of Timberline though.
Maybe another time… wait…does this mean she will leave us again? Maybe we are less than thankful for this…
Hope each of u will have a blast Thursday 🙂
I hope that your Woman does get to ski more, even if she has to leave you to do it. Maybe she will bring you something nice back.
That wood stove sure looks warm!!
I’m always thankful when my mom comes home from where ever she goes. We haven’t been abandoned in awhile so I’m thankful for that.
We would cosy up to that wood stove too! Stay warm.
Chey, we are glad your Woman got to stay warm around that nice wood stove! She is lucky that she can ski, with Momma’s bum knee and shoulder there’s no way she can!

We hope your Mommy’s hip is better soon…Cuddle with her and keep warm!…xo…Calle, Halle, Sukki
“One of these days” Mom wants to go to a ski lodge in Vermont for Christmas, just like the movie White Christmas, except she wants wine in front of the fire instead of warm milk.
We have a big woodburner and dad lights it when they come back from their holidays in November, and it keeps burning until it gets warmer in March or April. It keeps all the rooms warm and we like to lie out in front of it. Eric gets too close and makes his eyebrows go curly.

Well if you Mom lived closer to the East Coast she would have had plenty of snow to ski!
I like fireplaces just as much as woodstoves, ’cause if you have a nice wood fire that will keep you quite warm, too.
I’m sure you and Gemini are warm from the glow of your mama’s love (and that man, too).
Tell your Mom to stay home with you and the fireplace 🙂
Her hip will get better and you can all stay cozy together 🙂

Oh, no, she didn’t get to ski because of her hip? Maybe next time she’ll feel better. Be glad you stayed home. You’d have had to travel in the cold to get to the warm wood stove.
I bet that wood stove really keeps the furs warm!
