This isn’t my best photo. There was too much sun and I was in shadows. However it does hide those little tell tale football-ish lines that might be rounding out my belly just a tad bit.
I mean Georgia isn’t eating as much as she used to and the Woman is saying she is not much longer for this world (although she’s been saying that for years). However, her level of kidney failure is going up and her tail no longer swings as high. Also she is getting the more gaunt look of a kidney failure cat.
But anyway, someone has to eat the food she isn’t eating. I would hate to have it go to waste. What about all those starving kittens? Doesn’t my cleaning my plate mean they aren’t starving any more? I was taught that you know. So I finish things up.
I suppose I shall have to take up diet and exercise once Georgia leaves us. Personally I’m all for lending her what life support I can just so that doesn’t happen for a good long time…

That’s sweet of you to eat with Georgia and to clean her plate so she’s not reminded of how much she’s not eating.

I think it’s very good of you to make sure there’s no wasted food Chey dear. You don’t look fat to me! Kisses for poor Georgia. I hope she has many more good years of life and that she’ll start eating more soon to build up her strength.

You are doing a public service by clearing up Georgia’s food. It’s not right to waste good food.
Besides if yoo let the food sit out too long it gits stale. Yoo is doing the rite thing. And I’m sorry bout Georgia. Kitty kidneys just aren’t made to last as long as we’d like. It reminds me to live life to the fullest wile we can!

You can’t be blamed for letting food go to waste! The Meowers of Death are very particular about never letting food go to waste, even when Miya leaves some behind. She’s struggling with renal insufficiency, so Momma understands what you mean about the loss in appetite and droopy tail 🙁
