I think that I am very important. I am after all a presidential candidate. I realize I get even less press than John Edwards (except, of course when things go wrong!) but I am still running, just like John.
At any rate, this is my official campaign portrait. I think I look quite stunning don’t you think? Of course, I am always a stunning cat, but this portrait is a very nice one. It’s getting a bit old and no doubt when I am sworn in, I’ll have to have another photo shoot for the perfect presidential portrait.
I have updated my presidential site so that if you wish to find out what I stand for, you can go here. I accept donations and of course am always appreciative of whatever support you can give me!
Good one! Sometimes we forget that we ourselves are important. Thanks Kitty for expressing yourself.
Come over to my hunt when you have a chance.
Good luck with your presidential run. LOL! š
I remember reading somewhere the following saying:
“Dogs think they are important but cats know they are important.”
Anyway nice and amusing PhotoHunt entry. I hope you’ll visit mine.
That’s a very good campaign portrait, Cheysuli.
Who could fail to vote for you? Happy weekend!
You are a very important cat indeed, Chey. After all, you are also the Right Paw of Bast. Your campaign portrait is beautiful.
Indeed John Edward charges onward! Bravo for you Cheysuli!
DO keep warm on the campaigne trailie…have your staff bring you lots of temptations and bottled water. I like your official portrait…very catriotic!
Much love from a fellow Washingtonian kitty lady…Miss Peach
Chey, you are very important. That makes me wonder, when are you going to get your Secret Service bodyguards?
Hey looking so cute. Good luck with your presidential run š You are invited to my dog related site, hope you will enjoy.

Rocky
Most excellent! Hillary has nothing compared to you.
viva Chey!
Chey & Gemini, thank you for the compliment about our blanket. My Grandma (my Mom’s mom) loved to crochet and over the years made many afghans like this for my mom & Suzanne and for us kitties, too. My mom treasures them and keeps many of them in a special trunk, but she uses several of them on her bed for us to sleep on so we can all remember our wonderful Grandma, who we lost to breast cancer on March 11, 2001, exactly six months after 9/11. She was a wonderful kitty-loving bean and we loved her very much.
Rocky
You can’t help it. You exude importance. Every candidate senses it, and it un-nerves them. It’s second only to your timeless good looks.
A new portrait taken in the Oval Office would be nice though. More Presidential.
That’s a great portrait, Chey, we think you’ll do well. We would certainly vote for you, if we were allowed to vote in your country.
Moe & Mindy
We like your ofishull pawtrait. It is befitting of some-one as impawtunt as you.
Cheysuli, I think your campaign portrait shows a cat with a straightforward countenance, eyes that hesitate not to make contact, and a definite strength in the face of hardship-Excellent!
Chey, that is a superduper Prezzidentchul Pickshure of you. My Momma wants to vote fur you, too! She thinks effurybodies, both kitties and beans, would be bettur off with a kitty prezziedent.
Kittyhugs and purrs from MaoMao.
