I’ve been waiting patiently. It’s been a week since the elections. I’ve heard promises that the dems will raise the minimum wage, investigate the president and create an exit strategy for Iraq. What I have not heard is anything about getting felines the right to vote.
I can’t believe that this is not top priority. Is this not why humans across the nation got out and voted? Is this not the real reason Senator Allen is no longer in office? They said it was about racial comments but really, wasn’t it more about specist ideals? And what about Rick Santorum? Did he do anything to further the cause of the feline? Look what happened to him last week.
Patty Murray, as the third most powerful person in the Senate and my Senator, remember this. I am watching you. I expect to have the right to vote, not to mention running for office within the next six months. I need to get my campaign started now, after all or I’ll behind. Although, come to think of it, it’s not as if I have a primary to run in. How many Meezers are actually running?
Yes, I want to be able to vote for you when the time comes!
Cats already rule the world so why not rule politics as well.
I don’t think that I want to run for an office, but I sure would like the right to vote!
Chey, don’t forget about your Siamese feline opponent, Cato from California. You two would make great running mates, but I don’t know who’d be purrsident and vice purrsident. If you oppose eachofur, the feline vote will be split an we’ll end up wif yet anofur bean in office.
Ugh. Santorum.
Back when I first started blogging, I shared my thoughts on him. If he had his way, Chey, we wouldn’t be allowed to date the likes of Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Adrian Brody…ALL OF MY EXES!
Ugh. Santorum.
Kukka, given what has happened with so many of your ex’s, I’m glad that you haven’t become a fan of Santorum!
Bonnie, I haven’t yet approached Cato. I don’t know which of us should actually be president. I feel I don’t want a secondary seat to anyone, so we’ll have to see…
They will never let us vote. I think it is the fear we would take over the House and the Senate
